It is probably too late for you to get in on our November tour but December and January are wide open! There are limited spaces left for February and March. Yes-Russia is cold in the winter but it is absolutely beautiful. The museums and palaces are clear of long lines of tourists and the dollar buys more in the winter than in the summer.

St. Petersburg works awfully hard to present visitors with unique opportunities through special artistic galas that can only be experienced in the winter season.
