Dear Fellow Travelers:
It's time again to publish our newsletter. This month we are providing more fascinating information about the revolution that shook the world.
The Russian revolution played a major part in the lives of all Americans for such a long time. It proved to have tragic consequences for a
population that yearned for freedom. We are delving into the role of the Russian Orthodox Church during those dark hours.
We are also advertising our April tour that will depart the USA during the last week of April. It will put us in Russia as everything is coming
into bloom and the fountains are running again at Peterhof. The canals of St. Petersburg will be open for travel and the city will have completed
its massive winter cleanup. We look forward to fabulous food, exposure to the fine arts including ballet, opera, and world famous paintings.
The architecture of St. Petersburg still comprises one of the most beautiful old world capitol cities of Europe.
We anticipate a visit to the Vaganova School and museum which put Russian ballet foremost on the world stage of dance. We will marvel at the
beautiful Yusupov Palace, Pushkin, Peterhof, the Hermitage and some of the most beautiful churches of the world. Our contracts with the best
5-star hotels in the city will ensure a luxurious vacation for those in need of pampering and our 3 star guests will enjoy a safe, clean,
environment while they are embarked upon our trip of a lifetime.
For those of you that have enjoyed the flowers of Germany in springtime you are in for a special treat. Russia comes alive as flowers are everywhere.
The primary museums have planned special art exhibits which we will be sure to take advantage of. We sincerely hope that those of you that have
been putting your trip on hold will join us this April as we have several surprises in store for you.
Sincerely,
Michael E. Donnelly, Ph.D.
President
