No tour to Russia is complete unless one is properly introduced to the many dishes served in St. Petersburg.

We try very hard to capture the nuances of the various opportunities offered by this city and the foods of Russia are outstanding! It adds to the zest and flavor when dines in a historical settings accompanied by live music.
St. Petersburg is the cultural soul of Russia, and to dine there is a special treat in every aspect.

Original and varied, traditional Russian cuisine comprises numerous dishes both of the people of
old Russia and those of nearby: Baltic countries, Ukraine, Belorussia, Armenia,
Georgia, and even of Middle Asia.
It is famous for far more than its world renowned soups like borsch, cabbage schi, and solyanka.
"No dinner without bread," goes the Russian saying. These wheat loaves have dozens of varieties.
As for rye bread, Russians eat more of it than any nation in the world. Russian bread has character as well as taste. The dark Russian bread found in most homes and many restaurants can be dense, and it will stay with you in a most pleasant manner throughout the day. Under all circumstances it is always delicious!
Russians are great lovers of pelmeni, small Siberian meat pies boiled in broth, and different pies with
vegetable and meat fillings.
Russians staples are chicken, seafood, beef, pork, and a large variety of fish fixed in too many ways to describe. Come and find out just how good Russian can be!
Those that complain about Russian food have never been on tour with us.
We eat well and often. Salmon, trout, sturgeon, pike, and perch are always available and always good.
Restaurants and bars throughout St. Petersburg provide a good choice of traditional Russian and international cuisine. We patronize Georgian specialty cafes, eat Indian cuisine, and are feted with
Russian caviar and excellent wines. Russian desserts are both attractive and tasty.
