A single room adds $500 to the price of the tour.
For the Six-Star Tour there is a Reservation Deposit of $900. The second installment
of $4,500 is due 90 days prior to departure and the final payment
must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure.
For the Five-Star Tour there is a Reservation Deposit of $900. The second installment
of $2,500 is due 90 days prior to departure and the final payment
must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure.
For the Three-Star Tour the Reservation deposit remains $900. The second installment of $2,300 is due 90 days prior to departure and the
final payment must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure.

Terms & Conditions
INCLUDED IN PROGRAMS: Prices include all accommodations as noted in the itinerary; meals as specified; arrival and
departure transfers (regardless of arrival and departure days unless otherwise noted on itinerary page); fully guided sightseeing as noted
in the itinerary (including park and entrance fees); bottled water supplied during sightseeing; selected beverages with group meals;
services of an M&M Art Travel Tour Director, or Head Guide; handling of two pieces of baggage per person for international flights; hotel
taxes; gratuities throughout, except to your Tour Director, guide, driver.
ITINERARIES: Accommodations and arranged sightseeing are subject
to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond M&M Art Travel control. Every effort will be made to operate
tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. M&M Art Travel also reserves the right to withdraw a
tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions, as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on
to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Specific requests such as
adjacent or connecting rooms, bedding requests, smoking or non-smoking rooms and special dietary needs should be advised at time of booking.
Please note that every effort will be made to secure your special request; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
PRICES AND ARRANGEMENTS:
Quoted program prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. M&M
Art Travel reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes received after prices are published, and
to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. M&M Art Travel is under no obligation to give breakdown costs involved in any program.
Modification of tour content to accommodate a smaller group size will not affect published tour price.
IMMEDIATE CHECK-IN: On programs where
immediate check-in has not been included in the program price, M&M Art Travel does request that hotels do their utmost to facilitate this
service; however, it is not guaranteed. Most hotels allow check-in to take place during the mid-afternoon. Should you wish to have your room
ready for immediate check-in upon arrival, M&M Art Travel can arrange this for an additional charge. Please ask for details and prices.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The six-star tour includes the Eliseev Palace Hotel, the Astoria hotel, and the Kempinsky Grand Hotel Europe,
which are located in the heart of St Petersburg.
The five-star tour includes accommodations at theCorinthia Nevsky Palace Hotel.
Double or single beds are available on request.
The three star tour includes any number of clean secure three star hotels with the Hotel Saint Petersburg being the hotel of choice when it is
available.
There are no hotel transfers to contend with, as you will be at the same hotel in Russia for the entire time.
It is possible to accomodate clients with both levels of tour at the same time. We will eat at the same fabulous restaurants and everything about
the tour with the exception of the hotel and breakfast meals will be the same.
DINING:
Meals include a splended breakfast of many choices in the morning and a four-course
lunch and dinner everyday in the best restaurants in St. Petersburg.
We typically eat lunch at around 1 P.M. and the day formally comes to an end with dinner at 7 P.M.
GETTING AROUND / TRANSPORTATION:
This is a very full trip with many daily activities not listed above.
We are up for breakfast at about 8:30 A.M and on our way by around 9:30 A.M. everyday. We travel around the city via a modern city
bus and by boat for some of the tours. The only long drive is the scenic 3-hour drive to Novgorod.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
We cover a lot of ground so you should be prepared to walk. If
you can handle a moderate pace, you will have no problem. Much
of the walking is self-paced and the group will be broken into
smaller groups with their own guides to cater to the speed of compatible groups.
VISAS:
Travelers to Russia require valid American passports and a Russian visa.
Visa requests must be filled out and submitted to M&M Art Ltd.
along with your passport and three identical visa
photos. Visa request forms will be sent upon your reservation
deposit. These documents must be returned at least 90 days prior
to the departure date.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing from the tour participant.
A refund of any or all monies paid is dependent upon recovery
of such funds by the travel agency from the principals involved.
In addition to non-recoverable funds, a service charge of $200
(visa invitation and visa support charges from the Russian Government)
will be charged for each cancellation after the deposit is
made up until 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations made 59
days to 45 days prior to departure are subject to an additional fee
of $600, which we must pay in advance to the hotel deposit.
Cancellations requested less than 45 days prior to departure are subject
to the aforementioned $600 plus any other monies spent. All air travel
will be on Western air carriers. The tickets are non-refundable but can be
used at another time or for a different Trans-Atlantic Flight in the event
of a last minute cancellation.
All Russian travel starts with a Russian visa request. We arrange Russian tourist visas more commonly known as Russian travel visas as part
of our all inclusive tours. Russian visa support consists of an invitation from a Russia source that enables a tourist to be able to apply
for a Russian visa. Our clients may down load an application form for a Russian visa from our web site.
